The year 2001 brought eventsetc a celebration all their own...their 10 year anniversary. Originating in 1991 as a special events production company, eventsetc has produced nearly 1000 successful events in the last 10 years. Under the direction of Kay Nelson and Steve Suddendorf, the company has expanded to an exciting new dimension. Expanded offices, a new prop and décor warehouse, as well as the addition of new event divisions and staff support has positioned the company to continue their successful track record into the next decade.

With over 40 years of combined experience in event design and planning, Kay Nelson and Steve Suddendorf are truly the leaders in the Special Event industry in Greater Cincinnati.

In August 2000, Steve was awarded the designation of being the first and only Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP) in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Steve joins approximately 120 other professionals internationally that have reached this professional achievement in the special events industry. The Certification, which is sponsored by ISES, The International Special Event Society, is earned through education, performance, experience, and service to the industry, and reflects a commitment to professional conduct and ethics.
